Our platform is strictly for B2B customers — including retailers, boutique owners, resellers, and wholesalers. We do not sell to individual consumers.

2. Product Details

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images. However, slight variations in color, texture, or weave may occur due to lighting, camera, or hand-crafted nature.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are wholesale rates and exclusive of GST, unless otherwise mentioned.

  • We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, and other digital modes of payment.

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received unless a prior agreement is made.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

A minimum order value or quantity may apply. Please refer to individual product pages or confirm with our team.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We dispatch orders within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping charges are based on weight, location, and courier partner.

  • Delays due to courier or unforeseen events are not our responsibility once the product leaves our warehouse.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for B2B orders unless the item is damaged or wrongly delivered.

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with unboxing video as proof.

7. Intellectual Property

All product images, logos, and content on this website are the property of The Indian Vastra. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Communication

By sharing your contact details, you agree to receive order updates, offers, and business communication via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. You can opt out anytime.

9. Modification of Terms
